Intern WMS Customer Service Center 100 % Luzern   What you achieve • As an intern WMS, you will work in the Contact Center and be the first point of contact for our customers.  • You answer inquiries regarding technical problems and applications.  • You support administrative tasks and gain exciting insights into management processes. • You take on your own projects and contribute your ideas.    What you bring • You attend the Wirtschaftsmittelschule (WMS) and are looking for an internship starting from August 2027. • You enjoy making phone calls and enjoy contact with people.   • You approach other people openly and enjoy working in a team. • You can express yourself well orally and in writing.  • You enjoy helping others and finding suitable solutions.
