For a long-term care institution in the Bern region, we are looking for a Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ (60-100 %) in the Try-&-Hire model. You will initially start temporarily and receive a realistic insight into the team, the processes, and daily nursing life. If expectations match on both sides, there is the subsequent possibility of permanent employment. A personal care environment awaits you, in which the individual support and quality of life of the residents are the focus.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Care for and accompany residents individually and support them in maintaining their independence and quality of life in the best possible way
• Take over nursing as well as medical-technical activities within your competencies and observe health changes attentively
• Contribute your observations to the nursing process and work closely with Dipl. Pflegefachpersonen as well as other specialists
• Document your services carefully and participate actively in a reliable and appreciative daily nursing routine

You offer your new employer:

• You have completed training as Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ
• Experience in long-term care is an advantage or you want to specifically develop yourself in this area
• You work independently and responsibly and quickly find your way in new processes
• With your open and humorous manner, you enjoy contributing to the team and meet the residents appreciatively
