(Reference number 925106RF). Tasks: • Leading the project team and implementing suitable project management processes. • Structuring the work packages; creating the associated orders; evaluating suppliers and drafting contracts; planning personnel deployment (defining responsibilities, performance targets, personnel planning) for the project; recruiting project employees, leading and assessing (qualifying) the project employees. • Active co-design of the functional and technical solution. • Organization, participation and presentation at events (cantons, cantonal organizations). • Monitoring project risks and initiating countermeasures. • Arranging the acceptance of results (software and documentation). • Ensuring the meaningful application and compliance with HERMES processes (Agile development). • Participating in the creation and agreement of SLA and DLV with the operator. • Monitoring the project regarding schedule and costs.
