Your new tasks ### • Operative SEA implementation (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) - campaign setup, optimization and monitoring based on established strategy • SEA agency coordination - briefings, quality assurance, campaign implementation • A/B testing: Conception & implementation - independent test hypotheses, setup via testing tool, QA and evaluation • A/B testing roadmap & agency coordination - analysis of optimization potential, prioritization, process development, agency briefings and support What you bring with you ### • Operative knowledge of Google Ads (structure, processes, KPIs); ideally initial experience with Microsoft Advertising • Practical experience with A/B tests on landing pages (hypothesis to analysis) • Ability to derive test hypotheses and optimization measures from user behavior and business requirements. • Analytical, structured, independent and quality-conscious way of working • Ideally experience in eCommerce, retail or the furniture industry • Agency/project coordination experience is an advantage • Knowledge of testing/analytics tools (Chameleon, Hotjar, Quantum Metric or similar) • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, ideally JavaScript • Interest in AI application possibilities in A/B testing present What we offer you ### 20% off the entire pfister assortment & discounts within the XXXLutz Group Combinable with other promotions 5 weeks vacation An additional week can be purchased We promote young talent with internal training courses We fill management positions internally whenever possible We support your further education Financially or through flexible working hours Flexible working time models Working 100% in 4.5 days?
