The foundation is committed to people with severe multiple impairments, especially for people with increased care and structural needs. The location in Fehraltdorf is one of three institutions of the foundation and accompanies and promotes 72 children and adolescents with intensive care, support, and/or structural needs aged 4 - 18 years. Their offering includes school, living, and therapy.

Job Description ##

• Care of 8-14 residents (children and adolescents)
• Care, support, accompaniment and promotion according to individual needs during on-call service
• Implementation of the nursing process

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a Specialist in Care EFZ.
• Experience in the care and support of people with support needs
• Experience in the care and accompaniment of people on the autism spectrum
• Empathy, patience and high social competence.
• Resilience, flexibility and ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of IT/PC applications
• Readiness for flexible working hours and weekend services
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
