Your tasks with us:
You are the first contact person in the practice and on the telephone for patients and referrers
You take over appointment scheduling and planning with patients
You look after patients before, during, and after the medical consultation
You help organize daily practice life and process data in our practice system EyeSoft
You independently carry out initial eye measurements and thus optimally prepare the medical examination
You work according to defined processes and help to constantly improve them
What you bring with you:
You have completed basic training (preferably as a medical practice assistant, ophthalmic optician, dental assistant, or in other medical professions)
Preferably, you already have experience in ophthalmology or a great interest in it
You speak and write German very well, further language skills are an advantage
You are motivated, have high quality standards, and enjoy working with and for people
You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and are a true organizational talent
You are open to digital development and have good PC user skills
