Your Tasks • Leadership: Be responsible for the personnel, technical, and administrative leadership of our nursing team (40-50 people), the training coordinators, and pharmaceutical assistants in the Rehaklinik Sonnmatt together with your two group leaders across two floors (musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation) • Design opportunities: As a member of the management team, you will play a decisive role in the design and further development of the location • Interdisciplinary cooperation: Work closely in an interprofessional team with other nursing staff, therapists, and doctors • Nursing: Take responsibility for high-quality nursing care together with the nursing team Your Profile • Education: You have completed training as a registered nurse HF/FH with the corresponding professional practice permit (BAB) • Leadership experience: You already have experience in leading a nursing team in the Swiss healthcare system • Personality: You enjoy working in an interprofessional team, think in networks, and always seek solution-oriented approaches.
