We give full throttle every day for our customers and are looking for a motivated dynamic sparring partner, racing driver and performance optimizer to strengthen our marketing department as Field of activity • Development and implementation of holistic marketing concepts • Conception, planning and execution of target group-specific marketing measures for various areas and countries • Creation, coordination and regular updating of marketing content across all channels - including website, social media, mailings and print media • Ensuring a consistent brand appearance of the managed business areas across all channels • Collaboration in cross-functional projects with international teams • Coordination and alignment with internal and external partners and agencies • Participation in the creation of the international MOTOREX magazine Requirements • Completed training in the field of marketing / communication • At least 1-2 years of professional experience in the field of marketing / communication • Experience in creating content and writing target group-oriented texts (captions, newsletters, PR etc.) • Practical know-how in handling and maintaining digital channels, as well as website • Stylish German, good English language skills, French is a big plus • Good MS-Office skills • Reliable and committed team player with a hands-on mentality who wants to make a difference • Technical interest Advantages of the position • A responsible and varied task with a lot of creative freedom • Flat hierarchies with short decision-making paths • A collegial as well as international team that gives full throttle every day and does not lose its sense of humor even in stressful times.
