For our traditional restaurant with Swiss cuisine in Biel-Benken (Baselland), we are looking for a motivated Entremetier (m/f/d) to strengthen our kitchen team.

Working hours & working days

Working days: Thursday to Monday Weekend: Tuesday and Wednesday Working hours: Morning: – o'clock Evening: – o'clock Partially Shift in the morning or in the evening possible

Your tasks

Preparation of side dishes, vegetables, soups and vegetarian dishes Collaboration in preparation (Mise en Place) Compliance with hygiene and quality standards Support of the kitchen team in the daily routine

Your profile

Experience as an Entremetier or in a comparable position Independent, clean and structured way of working Ability to work in a team and reliability Enjoyment of Swiss cuisine
