Your tasks Your tasks include the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of our measuring technology systems in the region east of Luzern. You will take over the fault diagnosis and repair of systems both on-site at our customers and in our plant. In addition, you will advise and train our customers in handling our products. You will provide technical support and find solutions for individual requirements. Finally, you will document the assignments and contribute to the continuous optimization of the service processes. In addition to deployment in the field service, you will be present at the Luzern location for approx. 50%. There, you will take over tasks such as goods receipt, the creation of RMAs, the coordination of returns, as well as other logistical topics. Your profile You have a completed technical training, ideally in the field of environmental, electrical, or supply technology. Initial experience in the field of water quality measuring technology, in field service, or in measuring technology is an advantage, but not a requirement. Your enthusiasm for technology and your willingness to familiarize yourself with our innovative systems distinguish you. With strong communication skills, a pronounced service orientation, and enjoyment in dealing with people, you will become the perfect team member. Willingness to travel (predominantly national) and a driver's license round off your profile. Good to very good knowledge of ösisch is desirable, but not a requirement.
