For our family-like and lively Kita, we are looking for a pedagogical FaBe childcare (m/f/d) 80-100% in Oberdiessbach starting from 01.10.2026 or by arrangement.   Who we are: Our Kita has two locations (Oberdiessbach and Kiesen). In both Kitas, we care for 18 children per day between the ages of 14 weeks and 6 years. Both locations are situated in a green and rural environment. We enjoy being outside with the children and exploring nature with many animals, forests, and meadows. In our Kita, we create a place where children are allowed to discover curiously, laugh, try things out, and feel safe. The team of both locations works closely together and supports each other. Our well-mixed team brings fresh ideas into everyday life, is active, and enjoys trying out new and creative projects with the children. With us, the child and the family are at the center, as well as the individual development of the child.   Your tasks: You accompany the children lovingly and competently through everyday life. You are motivated, committed, tolerant, and communicative. You work closely with parents and the team—open, appreciative, and professional. You are with heart and soul and joy with the children. You contribute your ideas and take responsibility in everyday group life. You are interested in helping young people progress and enjoy training apprentices. What you bring: A completed vocational training as Fachperson Betreuung EFZ or equivalent, professional experience in the Kita area and, if possible, the completed BB-course and willingness to train an apprentice, Enjoyment of teamwork and the desire to contribute actively, humor, heart, and the ability to remain calm even in turbulent moments, openness to further development and modern pedagogical approaches.
