Project Manager Ventilation and Air Conditioning Technology

You will lead projects in the field of ventilation and air conditioning technology technically and commercially, from the quotation phase to the handover to the client.

Tasks

• Technical and commercial management of projects from the quotation phase to the handover to the client
• Construction site management including material procurement as well as schedule and quality monitoring
• Leading employees including employee appraisals and assistance with recruitment
• Scheduling of the assembly groups
• Customer care as well as negotiation with suppliers, engineers, architects and construction professionals
• Controlling of your own objects
• Implementation and monitoring of goals in the area of occupational safety and health protection

Profile

• Completed training as a ventilation system builder
• Several years of professional experience in the industry
• Sound industry knowledge in ventilation and air conditioning technology
• Further training as a Project Manager Building Technology or Building Technology Planner is an advantage
• Proficient German language skills
• Good MS Office skills
