For our client in the Bern region, an established Swiss production company, we are looking for a committed individual as Group Leader Assembly.

Your tasks:
Leadership and support of a team of 10 employees
Planning and controlling of daily orders
Optimization of processes and workflows
Participation in assembly
Responsibility for quality, deadlines and occupational safety

Your profile:
Technical training, ideally in mechanical engineering (polymechanic, etc. ...)
Cleanroom experience
Strong technical understanding
Leadership experience ideally - ambitious assembly mechanics with leadership potential are also welcome
Team-oriented and solution-oriented way of working
Very good German skills, English is an advantage
