To strengthen our team in Niederbipp, we are looking for you as soon as possible as Employee Reception 50% (m/f/d) Tasks • Reception: You welcome visitors, business partners and suppliers and ensure that our company leaves a strong impression from the very first moment • Telephone: You take calls for Niederbipp and Cartaseta, quickly find the right contact person and don't leave anyone waiting unnecessarily on hold • Security: You keep an eye on site entrances, access controls and the fire alarm system, keep evacuation lists up to date and react to malfunctions before it becomes uncomfortable • Organization: You have mail, meeting rooms, hotels, orders and office supplies under control just as well as building keys, cloakrooms, company vehicles and lifting platforms • Support: You assist with administrative tasks and, if required, in accounting. Together with your female colleague, you keep things running even during holiday replacements, audits and major shutdowns! Profile • Education: You have completed vocational training and ideally have already worked in reception, customer service or a similar role • Communication: You speak very good German, approach people openly and find the right tone even with impatient callers. English and French skills are an advantage • Working method: The phone is ringing, the supplier is waiting and unannounced visitors are standing in front of you? You take a quick breath, set priorities and manage it • Personality: You are friendly, but not a yes-man or yes-woman.
