Workshop Manager Swiss-Turning M/F

YOUR MAIN TASKS:

Production organization:
Supervise and ensure production launches in collaboration with the planning department
Ensure good production conduct to guarantee compliance with set volumes, costs, quality and deadlines
Support employees in production fine-tuning
Analyze performance, produced volumes and identify any delays or anomalies in connection with the production director and planning
Organize corrective maintenance of equipment and installations in connection with the maintenance department

Management and supervision of teams:
Supervise teams on a daily basis and promote versatility
Manage the integration of new recruits, structure training paths and ensure the lasting transmission of know-how
Ensure good internal communication and resolve daily conflicts or problems
Organize and follow up on personnel interviews

Control and quality:
Ensure and monitor the application of quality requirements
Rigorous enforcement of hygiene, safety and environmental rules on the production site

Expertise in the technique of Swiss-turning – Production management methods with confirmed field experience
