Construction and Project Manager Structural Engineering (m/f/d) 80-100 %

Introduction

For our client, an established architecture firm, we are looking for an experienced personality as Construction and Project Manager Structural Engineering 80-100 % immediately or by agreement. In this role, you will accompany versatile new builds and conversions as well as demanding renovation projects from the preliminary project phase to the handover of the keys. In doing so, you are responsible for cost, schedule, and quality control and ensure professional cooperation between the client, planning, and executing companies.

Tasks

• Independent accompaniment of new builds and conversions as well as extensive renovations
• Processing of projects from the preliminary project phase to the handover of the keys
• Preparation of cost estimates, tender documents, and specifications
• Responsibility for on-site construction management as well as cost, schedule, and quality control
• Advising the client and coordinating all specialists involved in the project
• Conducting negotiations with executing companies and other external stakeholders

Profile

• Completed training as a Drafter specializing in Architecture, Architect, or an equivalent qualification
• Further training in the field of construction management or corresponding practical experience
• Sound knowledge of Swiss construction regulations and standards
• Confident handling of CAD Vectorworks, Messerli Bauadministration, and Microsoft Office
• Independent, flexible, and responsible way of working
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a professional appearance
