Head of Quality Management (m/f/d)

To strengthen our quality management team, we are looking for a
Head of Quality Management (m/f/d). In this responsible role, you will report directly to the Managing Director Logistics & Services and, together with your team, assume overall responsibility for our quality management system.

You will ensure its effectiveness and continuous development according to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485, promote a sustainable quality culture, and support the specialist departments in consistently developing processes and quality standards.

Your tasks

• Personnel and technical leadership as well as further development of the quality management team
• Overall responsibility for ensuring and continuously developing the quality management system according to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
• Planning and controlling the quality strategy and quality objectives as well as regular reporting and management review for the attention of the management board
• Planning, implementation and accompaniment of internal, external and recertification audits as well as ensuring the resulting measures
• Continuous analysis and optimization of processes and quality standards as well as initiation and implementation of CIP and CAPA measures
• Responsibility for risk management, validations, testing planning as well as customer, supplier and internal quality deviations
• Cross-departmental advice and support in quality methods, regulatory requirements and technical documentation as well as promotion of a sustainable quality culture

Your profile

• Technical basic training with higher vocational training, ideally in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable specialty
• Several years of sound experience in quality management of a technical or regulated industrial environment, ideally with leadership experience
• Very good knowledge and practical experience with the quality standards ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
• Confident handling of quality management methods and corresponding software tools
• Distinct analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as a high degree of personal responsibility
• Convincing leadership and communication competence as well as the ability to drive quality topics across departments
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
