Thanks to your structured way of working, you support our HR partners in case management, actively contribute to the design of processes, and make an important contribution to occupational health management. HR Specialist / HR Specialist Case Management (a) 80-100% # HR Specialist / HR Specialist Case Management (a) 80-100% YOUR TASKS • You coordinate and administer our case management and absence files from A to Z • You are the organizational center between employees, managers, HR partners, as well as external bodies (AI, insurance companies, etc.) • You professionally prepare interviews, documents, and decision bases and ensure follow-up • You analyze indicators, establish reports, and support the development of our absence and case management • You actively contribute to the design of processes and standards in occupational health management with HR partners and the HR manager • You organize, coordinate, and lead our Welcome Day for new employees YOUR PROFILE • Basic commercial training as well as several years of experience in an HR administrative function - ideally in the healthcare or social insurance sector • You work in a very structured, autonomous manner and never lose the overview even with several subjects in parallel • You are an organizational talent, service-oriented, and approach people with empathy and discretion • You have a high affinity for IT and are proficient in Microsoft 365 as well as digital HR systems • Knowledge of labor law or social security or additional training in case management is a plus OUR OFFER • You will find a responsible task with a lot of leeway and an activity that makes a real difference • You work in a committed HR team, bring your ideas, and actively develop our processes • Expect modern employment conditions, attractive benefits, and a working environment where collaboration takes place on an equal footing • Does all this appeal to you?
