tasks

• you lead the secretariat of the medical consultation rooms professionally and organizationally (Monday to Friday / daytime working hours)
• in doing so, you plan and organize the consultations
• you ensure quality, participate in projects and write medical reports
• additionally, you also provide assistance with consultations and in the laboratory in part
• the workload can, depending on preference, be 90 or 100%

requirements

• you have training as an MPA medical practice assistant, MPK medical practice coordinator, FaGe healthcare specialist or equivalent (w/m/d)
• additionally, you master medical terminology and bring experience in optimizing processes
• do you describe yourself as customer-oriented, communicative, well-organized and socially competent?
