This is the contribution you can make

• Ensure the smooth running of internal department work and projects
• Handle correspondence, create reports, tables, presentations as well as graphics
• Organize meetings, conferences and events
• Manage and maintain databases and filing systems
• Support the creation of contracts and decrees of the department; in particular, formally check applications for the reimbursement of the grid surcharge, prepare decrees and ensure dispatch as well as payment of the reimbursements
• Provide oral and written information in German and French

What makes you unique

• Completed commercial training, assistant and/or administrative experience desired
• Knowledge of public administration desirable
• Very good Microsoft 365 skills, AI and SAP skills are an advantage
• Independent, expeditious and precise way of working with a flair for organizational and coordination tasks
• Service orientation and linguistic fluency
• Very good oral and written knowledge of a second official language as well as knowledge of the English language
