Warehouse Employee with leadership function

Introduction

Alb. Lehmann Lindmühle AG is a family business with around 40 employees and has existed for 17 generations. As a leading milling operation, we convince large, medium, and small businesses from all over German-speaking Switzerland with over 300 types of flour in the highest product quality, expert advice, and individual services. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality as a Warehouse Employee with leadership function.

Tasks

• You lead two employees and schedule the work daily. You are part of the team and perform the same tasks.
• Task coordination with the production manager and administration
• Order picking with scanner/setup sheet
• Correct and transport-secure loading of the trucks
• Deputy goods receipt including testing and storage

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in the field of logistics/production with practical experience in the food industry.
• You have already led a small team, enjoy organizing, and can quickly adapt to new tasks.
• SUVA forklift license and driving license are present.
• You enjoy working in a team.
• You can demonstrate good physical condition as well as very good German language skills.
