Your future missions and responsibilities • Prospecting to generate the acquisition of new mandates • Highlighting real estate objects • Visiting and relocating vacant objects • Placing group products • Contact with owners for object relocation • Defining market prices • Monitoring and relocating real estate objects • Advertising inserts • Various statistics related to rental • Possibly establishing rental leases • Possibly establishing pre-reports • Possibly supporting and assisting the property sales service • Monthly reporting of rentals, prospecting, etc. You tomorrow... • Technologies: Professional applications developed to measure - management software: GaraioRem • Possibility of telecommuting • Benefits: Continuous training, annualization of working time, evolution prospects, day off for your birthday, possibility of buying back vacation days, vehicle package • Conditions: 25 days of vacation Internal mobility is in the group's DNA: you will be able to evolve within the group (Emeria and subsidiaries).
