Production Manager with project experience (100%)

What are your tasks? You are responsible for the independent and timely implementation of customer production orders at 2 plant locations in flawless quality based on the planning coordinated with AVOR. You lead the foremen and production employees disciplinarily and professionally and ensure forward-looking personnel planning. Occupational safety is lived responsibility for you – you lead by example and ensure consistent implementation within the team. Additionally, you guarantee effective cooperation of the plant with other departments such as purchasing, AVOR, the other plant manager, and quality assurance. You are responsible for the implementation of the maintenance and development department strategy and ensure flawless maintenance and servicing of the machine park with your team. You independently manage the resulting projects or, as a "Process Owner", take over sub-projects related to organizational and structural topics. What do you bring with you? You have a production-related technical education, experience-based solid specialist knowledge - preferably in the metal processing industry - and have at least 3 years of leadership experience in the relevant area. You have a strong understanding of processes, remain calm in a very dynamic environment, and act with foresight. You have a high digital affinity and have successfully led production projects. You are an organizational talent and can easily set priorities and make the necessary decisions promptly. If you can also express yourself well in the German language, both spoken and written, then you are our new team member! English and French skills would be an additional advantage.
