You are passionate about...

• idea conception: analysis of banking topics (e.g., payments, securities trading, client and card management) and gathering user requirements
• idea definition: visualization of solutions by means of prototypes (based on style guides, proven interaction models, and design principles)
• idea coordination: gathering requirements from internal and external stakeholders (regular surveys within the framework of workshops)
• solution consolidation: development of functional and technical user stories
• third-party providers, interfaces as well as their architecture and functional design
• solution implementation: ensuring high-quality requirements through appropriate acceptance criteria, structured testing, and documentation
• solution maintenance: support in the evaluation and qualification of issues and requests submitted by client banks

• with your curiosity, your solution-oriented thinking, and your initiative. You think unconventionally and advance topics autonomously.
• with a completed higher education in economics, finance, or computer science or with several years of professional experience with appropriate complementary training (e.g., IREB, CPRE, CBAP, CPUX)
• with several years of experience in business analysis
• with your ability to abstract complex processes, to recognize cross-sector interrelationships, and to communicate ideas clearly and in a manner adapted to the target audience
• ideally with banking knowledge and good technical skills regarding web applications, modeling languages (e.g., UML or BPMN), and prototyping tools
• with fluent German and English
