Customer Mason (m/f) - Renovation & Refurbishment / Permanent Position

Our client is a versatile construction company in the Basel region, specializing in renovations, refurbishments, and demanding customer work. A diverse range of tasks awaits you – from classic masonry and concrete work to insulation and refurbishments, as well as complete bathroom and kitchen renovations.

It's not just about the diploma: For our client, manual skill, experience, decency, and cleanliness are the priorities. To provide long-term reinforcement to the team, we are looking for an experienced and reliable customer mason (m/f) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility:

• Masonry work in structural engineering, exposed masonry, as well as during renovations and refurbishments
• Formwork, reinforcement, and concrete work with conventional formwork systems
• Facade, screed, and basement ceiling insulation
• Concrete and facade refurbishments as well as plastering and rendering work
• Collaboration on complete bathroom and kitchen renovations
• Load-bearing wall demolitions as well as installation of steel beams according to specifications
• Structural fire protection as well as waterproofing work on floors, walls, ceilings, and joints
• Setting work with windowsills, natural stones, and cover plates
• Refurbishment of chimneys, external stairs, basement floors, and exposed masonry
• Sewerage refurbishments and minor masonry work in civil engineering
• Minor plastering work as well as other work related to renovation and refurbishment
• Careful covering and protective measures for clean and as dust-free work as possible

What you bring with you:

• Several years of practical experience as a mason, ideally as a customer mason
• Completed training as a mason is an advantage – however, decisive are your manual skills, your experience, and your way of working
• Broad knowledge in the field of renovation, refurbishment, and restoration
• Independent, clean, and high-quality way of working
• Versatile manual dexterity and solution-oriented thinking
• Decent, respectful, and well-groomed appearance
• Enjoyment of customer contact and professional handling of private customers
• Careful handling of customer property and inhabited objects
• High sense of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality
• German language skills
• Driving license category B
