The Migration Office is looking for a Team Leader Initial Integration and Education (w/m/d) for the Sonneblick asylum center in Walzenhausen/AR as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement * You lead the Initial Integration and Education department technically and personally and develop it together with your team * You coordinate and accompany the integration and education offers for adults and children in the center * You work in the management team of the center and actively contribute to the further development of concepts, processes, and offers * You maintain cooperation with authorities, education partners, deployment companies, as well as other internal and external stakeholders * You supplement this by taking on operational tasks in adult education or in the field of initial integration and remain close to practice * You have a completed vocational or tertiary education in the social, pedagogical, or agogic field as well as several years of leadership experience * You have experience in one or more of the areas of migration, education, integration, or care * You have a positive view of humanity, lead in a strength-oriented manner and at eye level, and know how to win and further develop people with your energy and a clear attitude * You work in a structured manner, take responsibility, and maintain an overview even in demanding situations * Good IT user skills as well as foreign language skills round off your profile * A varied leadership task with scope for design and social relevance * The opportunity to actively shape and further develop integration and education * A committed and interdisciplinary team with appreciative cooperation * Insight into different cultures and languages * Diverse continuing education opportunities as well as attractive social benefits of the canton For further information, Gordana Gessner, Center Manager, , is at your disposal.
