We offer you an exciting position with an 80-100% workload as Marketing Manager / Managerin. Your tasks: * Primary contact person for the operations and areas assigned to you; for employer branding, development, and implementation of the corresponding annual communication and marketing planning * Advising specialists on marketing and communication inquiries * Conception, planning, and implementation of marketing measures for internal and external communication channels, print media, and online assets in coordination with the foundation's goals and the requirements of the operations and specialist departments * Holistic responsibility for several websites - from conception, structure, and further development to operational maintenance and content management. * Management and execution of multichannel campaigns for key topics and offers - from the idea through planning and implementation to success monitoring * Management of agencies. This is how you convince us: * Training in the field of marketing/communication or a degree at FH level * At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of marketing and communication, preferably with experience in the healthcare sector or in a B2C environment * Development and control of performance, content, and social media campaigns * Very good writing skills in the German language * Experience in collaborating with agencies and printing companies * Experience with partial budget responsibility * Above-average organized and structured, solution-oriented way of working * Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and other relevant tools is an advantage * Interest in health topics.
