Your tasks are

• Care, accompaniment and support of mentally impaired people in everyday life
• Regular exchange with persons from various professional fields and family members
• Individually adapted promotion of independence and resources
• Ensuring a high, professional quality of care and support

Your profile

• Completed training in the above-mentioned professional fields
• Ideally experience in the accompaniment of people with mental impairments
• Appreciative and solidary action
• Resilient, reliable, team-oriented and flexible personality
• Motivation to take on upcoming work
• Empathic thinking and acting towards the clients
• Readiness for on-call services
• Well-groomed appearance and good manners
• Fluent German skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license Cat. B
