CMM Specialist / Metrology Technician (m/f/d, 100%) The Franke Industrie AG, a company of the Artemis Gruppe, is a supplier of technically and qualitatively high-quality components for the gas turbine, aerospace industry as well as other industrial sectors. With our core competencies in forming, welding, laser processing, CNC machining, waterjet cutting and non-destructive testing, we focus on the processing of nickel- and cobalt-based alloy materials. For our team in Quality Assurance at the Aarburg location, we are looking for an immediate CMM Specialist / Metrology Technician (m/f/d, 100%) Your tasks Programming of CMM measuring programs for demanding components Conducting measurements on 3D coordinate measuring machines (Mitutoyo Crysta Apex) as well as surface measuring systems Operation and programming of the 3D scanner (Creaform Handy Scan) Analysis and interpretation of drawings Support with first article inspections (ESK) and series releases Assistance with measuring equipment monitoring and coordination with external service providers Assistance with the performance of maintenance on the measuring machines Participation in continuous improvement processes (KVP) Your profile Completed vocational training as a polymechanic or designer Further training in the field of metrology is an advantage (e.g. AUKOM Level 1) Further training in ISO GPS (form and position tolerances) is an advantage Experience in the field of metrology and measuring software (e.g. MCOSMOS) High quality and responsibility awareness Independent working, detail-oriented Confident communication in German (spoken and written), basic knowledge of English (A2) Experience in dealing with ERP systems (Proalpha is an advantage) We offer you an interesting activity in a technically demanding industry.
