For our client, a company active in international transport and multimodal logistics, which offers tailor-made solutions by road, sea, air and rail, we are looking for a Quality Manager at 70 % - 100 % for a permanent position. Your tasks at your new employer
You steer and evolve the quality management system by ensuring its perfect compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 frameworks
You prepare, organize and conduct internal as well as external audits by guaranteeing a rigorous and objective evaluation of the practices in place
You identify areas for improvement, develop the corresponding action plans and ensure their follow-up until their concrete implementation
You manage detected non-conformities and steer quality indicators to anticipate risks and secure internal processes
You train and sensitize teams to quality requirements in order to anchor a sustainable continuous improvement culture throughout the organization
You ensure constant normative and regulatory monitoring to guarantee the company's compliance with the sector's legal developments
You offer to your new employer
You hold a qualification in quality, or in an equivalent field that has given you solid methodological foundations
You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar function, ideally in the transport or logistics sector
You have obtained an ISO 9001 internal auditor certification and possess confirmed experience in conducting internal and external audits
You express yourself fluently in French and have a good level of English, an additional asset being appreciated in an international context
You demonstrate a fine analytical spirit, rigor and a keen sense of organization, completed by real communication and pedagogical qualities
