What you move * Lead a practice in a tandem and take on technical, economic, and personnel responsibility. * Shape the psychotherapeutic care at the location and ensure high treatment quality. * Support psychotherapists in further training on their way and promote their development. * Accompany your patients in outpatient psychotherapy - flexible in terms of time and location. * Determine yourself with whom you work.
