Industrialization & Methods Engineer We are a well-established production and distribution group for stainless steel and metal products on the market, with our headquarters located in Brügg,(BE). Our Industry division consists of several business entities that manufacture, for very diverse and demanding end markets, high-precision flat and round wires, profiles, strips and sheets in a wide range of alloys. We are looking for a: Industrialization & Methods Engineer Your tasks: Development and industrialization: Analyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales teams. Develop and industrialize new products. Define processes and manufacturing ranges. Perform or support trials on production equipment. Analyze results and propose necessary adaptations. Compile industrialization files. Methods & AVOR: Develop, maintain and improve manufacturing ranges. Standardize processes in order to capitalize on best practices. Ensure the consistency and reliability of technical data in the ERP. Participate in the management of process changes and the product life cycle. Cost analysis: Establish the cost prices of new products. Analyze manufacturing costs and identify potential for improvement. Support sales teams in the preparation of offers. Production support: Accompany the first series productions. Participate in the resolution of technical problems. Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Your profile: HES Engineer or ES Technician in mechanical engineering, microtechnics, materials science or training deemed equivalent. Marked interest in industrial processes and metallurgy. A first experience in an industrial environment is an asset. Taste for field work as much as for technical analysis. French or German native speaker with good knowledge of the other language.
