We are currently looking for our Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland campus for a :

Steward (M/F/X) from 1st October 2026 to 31st March 2027.

Responsibilities :

• Daily cleaning of kitchen equipment, materials and facilities
• Assist the chef with requisitions and storage of kitchen products
• Assist the kitchen team in the preparation of basic raw materials
• Clean machines and refrigerators in accordance with HACCP rules
• Monitor the proper functioning of kitchen equipment and report

Requirements :

• 1 to 3 years of professional experience
• Excellent knowledge of french/english
• Patient, organized and flexible

Swiss nationality, valid permit or European CE/EFTA nationality
