As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for a professional to join our specialized occupational pension team: LPP Administrator Your missions * Process changes (entries, exits, salary changes, etc.) and prepare/transmit contribution files to internal or external payroll services within the required deadlines. * Manage, verify, and transmit all documents originating from pension institutions and clients. * Ensure the follow-up of premium releases and support our clients with pension institutions. * Inform clients and insured persons on elements related to their pension plan or pension situation. * Prepare tender files and establish comparisons in support of the relevant employees. * Update client data in internal IT tools (Brokers, M-Files, etc.) according to current directives. * Assist employees in the context of specific missions, notably during the preparation of audits, the organization of information sessions for pension committees, and the preparation of seminars intended for the insured. Profile sought * Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in the field of occupational pension planning in Switzerland. * Good knowledge of personal insurance and brokerage: an asset. * Excellent sense of organization and priorities * Interpersonal ease and customer service orientation * Ability to work autonomously while enjoying teamwork * Excellent mastery of IT tools, particularly Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data management). Knowledge of Brokers and/or M‑Files is an asset. * Rigor, versatility, and discretion * Very good mastery of French and English; German is an asset.
