Tasks

• Independent management of a real estate portfolio with a focus on rental properties and condominium (technical and administrative tasks)
• Written and oral communication with owners, tenants, tradespeople and suppliers
• Planning and conducting meetings of the condominium owners' association including minute-taking
• Preparation of budgets and reports for the maintenance of the properties
• Organization of repairs, renovations and processing of damage cases
• Review of annual financial statements and budgets in cooperation with the accounting department

Profile

• Completed commercial training with further training in real estate management (e.g. Federal Diploma)
• Professional experience in the administration of condominium
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with the software Rimo R5
• Quick comprehension, independent and precise way of working
• Organizational talent and the ability to set priorities
• Friendly interaction with people and enjoyment of working with various contact persons
