Tasted Food AG is a Zurich-based manufacturer of fresh ready-to-eat products for retail and specialist trade throughout Switzerland. In addition, we develop new food concepts on behalf of business customers and currently operate two MARU restaurants. With over 130 employees, we are one of the largest fresh convenience producers in Switzerland.

Do you maintain an overview even with many administrative tasks and enjoy working in a structured manner? In this versatile HR function, you will take on a central role in personnel administration and support our employees as well as managers in all administrative HR matters.

Your tasks
------------------

• You are responsible for personnel administration throughout the entire HR lifecycle, excl. recruitment
• Maintenance and ensuring high data quality in the HR system
• Absence management including sickness and accident reports is in your hands
• Processing of registrations with the compensation fund (family allowances, maternity and paternity compensation)
• As a competent contact person, you support employees with administrative HR questions
• Participation in the optimization and digitalization of HR processes

What you bring
---------------------

• You have a completed commercial vocational training or relevant professional experience paired with experience in gastronomy
• Completed training as HR Assistant - HR Specialist would be desirable
• You bring 1-3 years of professional experience in the field described above
• You communicate confidently in German and ideally have good English skills
• Basic knowledge at user level in dealing with AI and understanding the performance and possibilities of AI (tools and applications) are required
