SAP LO/MM Application Consultant, 80-100 %

We are strengthening our IT team with a highly capable personality who is responsible for the functional and technical further development of the SAP modules LO and MM. You ensure that processes are continuously optimized, new requirements are recorded, and implemented in accordance with city-wide SAP specifications. In doing so, you are the central interface between IT, the specialist departments, finance, and controlling.

Tasks ##

• Responsibility for the continuous optimization and further development of SAP LO/MM
• Analysis of existing business processes as well as identification and implementation of optimization potential
• Consulting and support of the specialist departments in the efficient use of SAP LO/MM
• Recording, prioritizing, and coordinating functional requirements in close cooperation with the specialist departments
• Ensuring compliance with city-wide SAP standards, governance specifications, and system architectures
• Coordination and accompaniment of changes, releases, tests, and system implementations
• Creation and maintenance of system and process documentation as well as support for user training

Profile ##

• Several years of experience with the SAP modules LO and MM and, advantageously, knowledge of PM, MDG, and RE-FX
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with the basics of SAP finance and controlling processes (payment transactions, investment management, BPC, SAC planning)
• Strong understanding of business processes (real estate and financial administration) as well as their digitalization and optimization
• Ability to analyze functional requirements and transfer them into sustainable SAP solutions
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with a high degree of initiative
• Experience and enjoyment in interdisciplinary cooperation as well as high communication and consulting competence
