• Responsible for the integration of sustainable construction and operating standards, taking into account ecological, economic, and social aspects
• Planning and controlling all phases of the building life cycle – from planning through the construction phase to operation as well as subsequent renovation or decommissioning - with a focus on sustainable use and maintenance
• Monitoring construction work, ensuring compliance with construction and safety standards, and coordinating all involved parties for a smooth project process
• Analysis and optimization of operating costs during the use phase to ensure long-term economic efficiency
• Introducing construction and safety standards as well as owner and operator requirements into the projects
• Ensuring quality, deadlines, and costs in the projects through the application of the PBFM approach
• Supporting collaboration in the various planning and management bodies

What you bring with you

• Training in the field of Facility Management with a focus on construction-related FM
• Very good knowledge of sustainable construction as well as SIA/GEFMA guidelines
• Several years of experience in the planning and implementation of construction projects and sound knowledge in project management
• Communicative personality with negotiation skills and the ability to maintain an overview even in demanding projects
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as well as high quality and responsibility awareness
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Confident handling of digital media, CAD, and CAFM systems
• Valid driver's license category B
