For our new High Five Fitness Club in the middle of Zürich, we are looking for committed fitness professionals starting at the beginning of 2027 who want to help shape our new location from the start.

We are looking for

• Area Managers
• Fitness Instructors
• Group Fitness Instructors

We are looking for true all-rounders: personalities who competently support our members, inspire people during training, and at the same time enjoy consulting and sales.

Your area of responsibility

• Personal support and active consulting of our members
• Induction of new members and individual training support
• Consulting of interested parties and active member acquisition
• Leading Group Fitness classes
• Conducting Personal Trainings
• Reception and service tasks
• Ensuring a high-quality and welcoming training environment
• Active cooperation for smooth studio operations
• Depending on the position, assumption of leadership and organizational responsibility

What you bring with you

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a Fitness Instructor
• Experience as a Group Fitness Trainer
• Strong sales flair and enjoyment of consulting and member acquisition
• High service and customer orientation
• Professional, sympathetic, and confident appearance
• Team spirit, initiative, and sense of responsibility
• Flexibility and willingness to actively pitch in during studio operations
• Very good German skills and good English skills
