Your area of responsibility

• Responsibility for all personnel administration (obtaining work permits, registrations with insurance companies, withholding tax)
• Payroll administration and social security
• Support in personnel recruitment
• Administrative support for the team

Your profile:

• Commercial apprenticeship EFZ
• Experience in payroll processing / social security
• Experience in the fiduciary sector is an advantage
• Further training as a personnel assistant or HR clerk is an advantage
• Very good user knowledge of MS-Office
• Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
• Independent, solution-oriented way of working, networked thinking, organizational talent
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
