Tasks ###

• dispatching cross-border transports
• purchasing freight space from subcontractors
• checking incoming invoices
• commissioning partner companies
• preparing customs documents
• offering transport solutions
• processing customer inquiries
• general administrative tasks

Requirements ###

• completed vocational training (ideally as a freight forwarding agent)
• three to four years of experience as a dispatcher for cross-border transport
• You are a team player and have a proactive, eager-to-learn personality

IT ###

MS-Office - good knowledge

Languages ###

German: m+s very good
English: m+s good (at freight forwarding level)
Italian or French is an advantage
