This is what you can achieve. • You are responsible for the further development of the administrative procurement and invoice receipt process and implement efficiency-increasing measures independently. This includes, in addition to smaller continuous improvement projects, also the representation of the specialist departments in process adjustments and the automation of work processes. In this context, you maintain an intensive exchange with internal partners, clients and suppliers to achieve potential benefits for the overall process. • In the introduction project for SAP S/4Hana, you will deal with the Common Core (common process standard), the development and documentation of new functions, the training of employees and the support of parallel operations (R/3, S/4). • For our reporting system, you will take over the responsibility for monitoring and controlling our most important key performance indicators (KPIs). You will create comprehensive analyses for various stakeholders from management and the specialist departments and develop well-founded recommendations. • Together with the management team, you will ensure that our applied methods, tools and departmental strategy are selected, built and implemented in a goal-oriented manner (benefit, efficiency, transparency). • So that you understand the operational day-to-day business and can take on various inquiries, you will partially work together with the team.
