Your requirements

• completed architecture studies and at least 5 years of professional experience in the processing of complex construction projects
• high design competence
• very good knowledge in Revit and in the BIM method
• work experience in Switzerland is an advantage
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• English language skills are an advantage

You are responsible for the coordination and planning processing of a Revit (sub-)model and work closely with the project management and the BIM management. You are responsible for the development of architectural as well as constructive solutions for the corresponding sub-model in cooperation with the colleagues in the team, external specialist planners and specialists. You are able to take on a task, to structure and process it independently. You combine a high architectural sensitivity and technical-constructive understanding with a secure application of the BIM method in tender and execution planning.

With your exemplary, hands-on working style and your high intercultural competence, you inspire your project team as much as you convince external project partners. You want to help shape the entire creation process of architecture and to drive it forward confidently in a figurative sense. From the clarity of the architectural idea through all planning phases to the structural implementation. You believe that convincing buildings are the result of thorough planning and its comprehensive cross-disciplinary, technical clarification. You appreciate the vitality of a creative environment and demonstrate high flexibility in project assignment.
