Lead Business Partner Controlling

For one of the main industrial groups in the Swiss economy, we are looking for a Lead Business Partner Controlling.

Missions

• Priority on the development and support of the Controlling team at the level of skills and behavior
• Development of "Business Partnering" skills within the Controlling team
• Management of 10 Controller
• Organize and coach the team of Controller
• Development of the "Calculation" function in the team with the necessary skills and resources
• Monitoring, support and understanding of value flows from the production sites
• Proactive participation and support in the planning process (Budget, Forecast,-)
• Effective analysis of variances compared to standards and monitoring of action plans for good quality of standards
• The position reports to the CFO
• Travel to be undertaken

Candidate Profile

• Completed studies (Uni/EFP, HES, ES)
• Specialization: in management controlling
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in a comparable function in the manufacturing industry
• In-depth experience of closing, planning, reporting and cost establishment processes
• Proven experience in management and team support
• Very good knowledge of financial value flow processes and concepts
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 (SAP CO-PC, CO-PA, CO-OM, MM, PM, PP, SD, WM, PLM, BPC, BI)
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP Analysis for Office Add-In (PowerBI is an asset)
• Solid analytical skills, rapid understanding and flexibility
• Fluent French (B2) & German (B2) / English (a plus)
