What awaits you #####

• Taking responsibility for representing the store management in their absence and ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of daily business operations
• Support in the leadership and development of employees: planning employee assignments, comprehensive induction of new team members, motivation and support of the team to achieve company goals
• Effective goods management: control and analysis of stocks, carrying out orders, creative product presentation and implementation of sales promotions
• Organization & Administration: support in carrying out settlements, ensuring compliance with operational specifications, smooth processing of cash register transactions
• Communication & Implementation: effective passing on of information to the team, active participation in goal achievement and contribution of suggestions for improvement to optimize processes
