The Direct Bank of Zürcher Kantonalbank is the first point of contact for around 600'000 private customers. As part of our 13-member team, you will ensure that contracts, documents, orders, and master data for natural persons are processed efficiently and correctly. Your tasks

• Controlling and processing of customer contracts and documents
• Reproducing and sending customer documents such as account statements and tax certificates
• Creating disposal arrangements and contracts
• Maintaining customer data such as address and name changes
• Processing cash orders
• Participating in the optimization and further development of processes

Your profile

• Completed commercial banking training or comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in a bank or in a similar function in the financial industry
• Good user knowledge in MS Office and flair in dealing with various IT applications
• You score with a friendly, helpful manner and high customer orientation
• You convince with an efficient, precise way of working, high quality standards and enjoyment in actively contributing ideas
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
