Active in 21 cantons, our human-sized structure (45 employees) ensures the management of contributions and benefits in the fields of old-age and survivors' insurance (AVS), invalidity insurance (AI), loss of earnings compensation scheme (APG), and family allowances (AF).

Preparation of files
You prepare all types of files in order to acquire global knowledge of the various business areas, with a priority orientation in the field of family allowances.

Determination of family allowances
You determine the benefits and issue decisions in application of federal and cantonal laws, internal regulations, and bilateral agreements.

Relational
A true ambassador of the fund, you inform and guide our affiliates and beneficiaries with precision.

Your profile

Diploma
You hold a CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent title. Holding a federal diploma of specialist in social insurance is an asset.

Experience
You possess confirmed experience of several years in social insurance, more particularly in the field of family allowances.

Personal qualities
You demonstrate rigor, possess an excellent team spirit, and an excellent capacity for analysis. The interpretation and application of laws stimulate you. Your interpersonal skills and stress resistance make you a friendly and reliable collaborator.

IT
You have perfect command of usual IT tools.

Languages
You express yourself easily in French. Proficiency in German constitutes a serious asset.
