To strengthen our secretariat at the Burgdorf location, we are looking for an experienced individual, starting by agreement.

Your Challenge

• In cooperation with the interprofessional team, you are co-responsible for general secretarial work and the organization of the secretariat
• You are at the forefront at the telephone and reception
• You transcribe medical reports from dictation
• Other exciting administrative tasks await you

Your Profile

• Completed basic commercial training and/or further training as a medical secretary
• You are experienced in writing medical reports and you enjoy it
• You have a good "Gschpüri" (feeling/intuition) for people and enjoy direct contact with them
• Very good PC/Office skills
• A flexible personality as well as responsible and integrous thinking and acting characterize you
