Job Description ##

• Independent management of the ongoing financial accounting
• Responsibility for accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
• Posting and reconciliation of bank, general, and subsidiary ledger accounts
• Carrying out account reconciliations as well as clarification of differences
• Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR
• Preparation and control of value-added tax returns
• Monitoring of payment transactions and support in cash management
• Collaboration in the creation of internal reports and evaluations
• Support in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Contact person for internal departments as well as external partners and auditing bodies
• Collaboration in the optimization and digitalization of existing financial processes
• Support in group-wide finance projects

The Successful Applicant ##

• Completed commercial training with further education in finance and accounting, ideally Sachbearbeiter/in Rechnungswesen or Fachausweis Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Good knowledge of Swiss accounting according to OR
• Experience with value-added tax and closing activities
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with an ERP system; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good English skills are an advantage
• Independent, structured, and precise way of working
• Affinity for numbers as well as a strong sense of responsibility
• Team-oriented personality with a strong hands-on mentality
