THE INTENSIVE CARE SERVICE OF THE HÔPITAL D’YVERDON IS LOOKING FOR
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Management of unstable adult patients
Application of specialized treatments (invasive ventilation, continuous hemodiafiltration)
Support the EPD SI practical training officer in the clinical and pedagogical implementation of practical training
Conduct clinical teaching, accompany trainees in the field, document their progress, participate in assessments and evaluations by delegation, contribute to the development of the team's clinical skills
SKILLS – REQUIRED REQUIREMENTS
HES nurse diploma or equivalent recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
diploma in intensive care EPD ES or equivalent recognized title.
Experience in clinical support or supervision of trainees desired
Recognized pedagogical training, trainer training or title in the field of clinical training is strongly desired
Strong interest in the transmission of knowledge, clinical training and the development of skills
Having a sense of priorities
Autonomy, team spirit and interdisciplinary collaboration
Adapting easily to changes
Ability to remain calm and stress resistance
